Idle Zone Bar & Grill in Auburndale

Went with my family terrible service. I asked for a baked potato without sour cream and a medium rare steak. I got a potato with sour cream and a well done steak. When I got my steak they have me a T bone steak when I ordered a rib eye. By the time I got meal back my family had already finished there's . This was my first time at this restaurant because I am a strong believer of supporting my community but I have to say i will not be going back.

Alyssa, the bartender was extremely awesome, full of laughter and just very welcoming, especially for me and my codriver. We're truckers and had a load in Auburndale. The $0.79 wings (only on Thursdays) were the bomb! Try the teriyaki! The sauce is THE BEST I've ever had for that flavor! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality!

Food was great. Server was very friendly. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Parking on street but good. Took a while to get food but cook was brand new. Will go again for sure.

Walked in at about 2pm on Mother’s Day and the place was empty. That should have been my clue to turn around and walk out...but I didn’t, now I regret it. First we ordered a Diet Coke, hot tea and a water. We received a cold sweet tea, water and were told they had just ran out of Diet Coke. Then we waited to order...forever. Once we gave our order, and we got it...they forgot my side salad...finally got the side salad and had no dressing. So we waited AGAIN for salad dressing and when it came out it was the wrong one. We finished and waited 10 minutes before we had to go to the bar and pay as the waitresses had their heads buried in their phones.

Wait staff was quick and polite. Food was a slight was a short wait, but well worth it. Absolutely delicious food. Drink menu is extensive and reasonably priced. Would recommend if you're in town.

Was just there. The food is very good. The service is very good. The only issue is the live music is too loud every time we have been there. Good music, but hard to have a conversation.

Classic bar food, but way better. Their cheeseburger is sorta a legacy from the woman who owned it when it was still the Sand Dollar. Better than any burger I have had recently. The ghost pepper cheese on it was a really hot treat! We also had the fried mushrooms which were a treat as well. I would recommend this place for lunch any day.

It was not a great experience, but our server Nicole did her best to fix the problem. The table behind us was given our food and so we had to wait for quite a while to get ours. They were quick to blame the new waitress and point out it was her first day, which I thought was wrong. And then when we got the food it was half right! So I had to wait longer for my sandwich to be remade... Again! The food was good once it was right, it just took way too long for 2 sandwiches. But as stated earlier, Nicole did make it right, and I'm willing to give it another try because of that.

The Italian beef is delicious! They use grass fed midwestern beef. You can taste quality. Omg

Let me just say that their French Fries are heaven on earth, and that coming from someone who doesnt usually enjoy French fries... Typical cuisine, but made well.

This place was so dope. Just a regular trucker who happened to have some downtime, stop by and say at the bar where Ms. ALYSSA served us she's so dope very warm welcoming. The food was on point the drinks were 🔥. If I'm ever in aburndale I'll know where to stop for good food and conversation. Thanks for everything.

Been here twice the service is always great, my husband is a long time customer and they knew him and calls him by his name. The food was great and always done perfectly the way I wanted it and great drinks. So far they are my favorite place.

Excellent food, service and good atmosphere

We had a decent time. When we arrived the people were polite. We were seated quickly but it was far too close to the band. It was so loud everyone at our table used FBIM to talk to each other. We did get to move to a corner booth and that was much much better. The band played well and we enjoyed the music but we wanted to talk to our friends also.The food was excellent, tasty, good portion, hot and timely. Our waitress was funny and of good spirit. The place was crowded and she never stopped.Dinner for 4 w/o tip was $98.52 and that included drinks. We thought it was worth a stop.

Wings were great! Bar tender attentive and accommodating with the games on television. Great place to have beer and wings while watching your favotite football team!

Extremely overpriced for previously frozen food. $13.99 for ravioli only? A house salad for $7.49? I miss the old Fire, before they sold. One server working, very humid inside the restaurant, and the emphasis is bar scene. We are foodies and have eaten in many states with high prices, but I expect the food and service to match; this is not the case here. Oh, and proper service is to serve the small party of three before the large party of seven that walked in after.

It had good atmosphere and friendly waiter, he was very informative. Food was pretty good could've used more fries...small portion!! Roast beef was a little over cooked but it was a sandwich. I would try it again

A great place to go for lunch, dinner and to enjoy various live entertainment. Famous burgers and hand cut fries. Ice cold beer and wine along with soft drinks. Lakefront dining with a casual family atmosphere. There is a nice new dock for your boat, located on the Chain of Lakes. Practically an institution here in Winter Haven.

Food very good n great service

My meal was less than desirable. I had a sandwich and soup, mushrooms appetizer, 10 wings and 2 soft drinks for the cost of $38 and a $8 tip. The soup was sent back. There was just no wow factor nor did it create any desire to return in the future. Just wasn't for me.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasnt crazy busy which is what we were looking for. Food was good, the wings could be a little better but the burgers were pretty good. The fries were good as I like the real fries from potatoes! The waitress was friendly and took good care of us while we were here.

Been here since 7:30 placed ordered and its now 8:18pm order was 2 burgers and 20 wings with fries. Food just got to table. One order they said fries are still cooking will bring out when done. Burgers are from frozen box. We order 1/2 pound and after we questioned the burgers brought out waitress went back to kitchen and found they were 1/3 pound. Asked if we wanted discount or new burgers. Disappointed in a place that appeared from outside and weekend crowds to possible be good. Don't waste your money when you can make better food at home. As leaving another family was saying they had the same issues with burgers.

Service was bad & slow, food took forever, place was dirty. Over all, pretty terrible experience... But the food tasted ok. But not worth going back for.

1st time at Jesse's on Fire in Auburndale. Good food, but slow service when it came to getting our check and waiting for the waitress to come back with our change. They explained that they were getting ready for later tonight. Not my problem! They should have finished with us first and then take care of their business for later tonight.

Good. Ate here twice. I feel like this place is a knockoff of fire in Downtown Winter Haven. I think this place is good just to have some drinks and hang out with friends food is alright staff is friendly.... this is not high end... if you want this type of feel with a higher end sense go to fire in Winter Haven
